RITES Limited Recruitment 2025 – Engineering Professionals (Contract Basis).

RITES Ltd., a prestigious government enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, India, is seeking dynamic and qualified professionals for various engineering roles on a contract basis. The positions are available for project sites in Kerala, and the company is hiring for multiple posts such as Team Leader (Safety), Project Engineer (MEP), Junior Engineer, and others.

Key Positions:

• Team Leader (Safety): 1 Vacancy
• Team Leader (MEP): 2 Vacancies
• Project Engineer (MEP): 12 Vacancies
• Safety Engineer: 2 Vacancies
• Junior Engineer (MEP): 17 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (specific branches apply)
• Required experience: Ranging from 5 to 15 years based on the position
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as of April 25, 2025
• Relaxation: Age and experience relaxations applicable for SC/ST/OBC and PwD categories

Selection Process:

• Interview-based selection with 100% weightage
• Technical proficiency (65%) and Personality, Communication & Competency (35%) will be evaluated during the interview.
