• Online Screening Test (OST):
  • Passing is preferred but not mandatory for interviews
  • Scorecard valid for life
• Interview:
  • Regular Posts: Conducted by Central Selection Board (CSB)
  • Fixed Term Posts: Conducted by Local Selection Board (LSB)
  • Includes teaching skills and potentially computer proficiency assessments
• Skills Evaluation:
  • Language teachers: Written tests on essay writing and comprehension

10. Eligibility Requirements:

• PGT:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks
  • B.Ed. with at least 50% marks
• TGT:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks
  • B.Ed. with at least 50% marks
• PRT:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks
  • D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed. OR B.Ed. with additional PDPET/Bridge Course if applicable

11. Age and Experience Requirements:

• New Candidates: Under 40 years, no prior teaching experience required
• Experienced Candidates:
  • Up to 57 years
  • 5 to 9 years of relevant teaching experience, depending on age

12. Registration Process:

• Create Profile: Use AADHAR card, mobile number, and email ID
• Verify with OTP: Verification via OTP sent to mobile and email
• Attach Documents: Upload photograph, signature, and proof of date of birth
• Make Payment: Complete payment of ₹385 online
• Receive Confirmation: Confirmation sent via email and SMS

• Multiple post applications (PRT/TGT/PGT) allowed if criteria for each are met
